Modular series of turbomolecular pumps with hybrid rotor bearing (mechanical / magnetic) and integrated control electronics. During the development, the emphasis was on maximum performance with the most compact pump dimensions. The new rotor and stator design, with the option of an additional compression part, guarantees excellent pumping speed, flow and compression parameters especially for light gases.
